Why CapRateKit Exists

Real estate is one of the most attractive asset classes available to individual investors. Most people know this — yet the vast majority never take the leap. Only 1 in 6 individuals who favor real estate investing actually invest in the asset class.

Karl brings nearly 15 years of equity investing experience to CapRateKit. His career started in equity markets, where he developed the analytical rigor, valuation discipline, and risk management skills that would later become the foundation of CapRateKit's approach to real estate analysis.

Recognizing real estate as a uniquely attractive asset class, Karl and his business partner launched a real estate investing business about five years ago. Today, they've grown their portfolio into a multi-million dollar portfolio with over 20 units, consistently achieving strong cap rates and cash-on-cash returns — proof that disciplined analysis leads to disciplined returns.

Karl built CapRateKit because he saw too many aspiring investors either sitting on the sidelines out of uncertainty or jumping in without the tools to succeed. CapRateKit is the bridge between wanting to invest and knowing how — the same analytical toolkit Karl uses on his own deals, made available to every investor.
